The work is a governance review, not a code change: start from the central analysis at devguide/pending_proposals/adopt_temporary_resource_lifecycle.md and the inventory at devguide/rollouts/resource_owner_review_104_20261010.json, both in uibcdf/molsyssuite. Inspect this repo's development, test, docs and build operations for temporary resources and record owners, cleanup behaviour and any bounded exceptions. Done means an owner disposition is recorded and reported back to uibcdf/molsyssuite#104; no deletion or source change is expected.

What
Complete the component-owned review left pending by uibcdf/molsyssuite#104 under the already accepted temporary-resource policy (policy-v1.5.8). This incoming coordination follow-up records missing review evidence, not a reproduced leak or a scientific defect.
How
Review the remaining applicable development/test/docs/build/qualification operations and retained task resources. Record their owners and useful lifetime, caller-resource protection, success/failure cleanup and visible cleanup failures. Preserve useful evidence, active work and human changes; authorize any disposal by explicit path and ownership, never by blanket age/prefix deletion.
An implementation gap follows the existing bounded-exception route: affected operation/resource, reason, responsible owner, interim procedure, review date and removal condition. Keep inspection, actual executed cleanup, historical attribution and guide delivery distinct. No new universal all-tools/all-platform test matrix is requested; scientific, native, Qt/browser and installed-package qualification retain their component-owned priorities and existing deferrals.
Why / existing evidence
The registered canonical guide was delivered and selected operations have a bounded review dated 2026-10-08 at d26b6bc8299befb8c01b196eb1bbaf2e24759eee. Original bounded evidence. That review does not prove every applicable operation complies. Previously resolved focused work stays resolved: No concrete defect reproduced in the reviewed operations.
All 55 explicit historical paths registered centrally are absent on 2026-10-10; attribution remains unknown and absence is not a complete inventory of this component's resources. No deletion or component source/workflow/package change is made by this handoff.
Outcome
Record an explicit owner disposition for the actual applicable scope, reviewed evidence and retained/removed resources; leave any unresolved implementation or bounded exception owned and visible. Report the result back to uibcdf/molsyssuite#104, which remains open for coordination. Triage this incoming issue locally; create a local report only when the investigation needs durable analysis.
Record: central maintained analysis and current inventory. Shared policy ownership stays with MolSysSuite; uibcdf/moli#61 owns the platform boundary.
