Start by reproducing the issue on iOS 26 with VoiceOver enabled and opening chat threads. Inspect the iOS chat-thread interface and its controls to identify elements without screenreader labels. Done means VoiceOver can read the buttons and users can navigate the chat threads without relying on sight.

Current Behavior

Expected Behavior
