Direzione di ricerca

Start with the RealClipboard tests and their CI configuration to assess clipboard side effects, timeouts, platform skips, and mutex naming. Then inspect RestartSpelling, PasteOrder, and the Avalonia test fixture that sets the font size. The issue is done when each follow-up has a clear resolution and relevant tests cover the chosen behavior; the payload does not name specific files or tests.

Descrizione

From the PR #122 re-reviews:

  • RealClipboard tests: add a local opt-out env var (e.g. TEXTEDITING_SKIP_REAL_CLIPBOARD=1) since dotnet test overwrites the developer's clipboard; give the mutex wait and UI invoke a ~60 s timeout that fails the test; skip with a clear message when the Win32 platform can't start (no desktop session); use a Global\ mutex name for multi-session machines. If windows-latest CI flakes, move them to their own CI step.
  • RestartSpelling during a hung Check leaves that pool thread blocked; repeated restarts accumulate blocked threads (bounded by restart frequency).
  • PasteOrder is mutable; consider an immutable list or copy-on-set.
  • About 61 Avalonia tests assume the 16 pt fixture size and would be vacuous at the real 10 pt default; review whether any should run at 10 pt.
