Start with the reproduction repository's README and the simplified gist, then run the Capybara/RSpec case under the default both fork mode and compare it with child and parent. Trace where the debugger interacts with the forked process and Chrome; done means the reproduction no longer hangs under both while the existing modes continue to work.

Describe the bug
When running Capybara and RSpec with Chrome under a certain condition, Chrome hangs.
This never occurs with the child / parent fork mode. It occurs only with the both fork mode (default).

I think Chrome should not hang.
