AGENTS.md tells a reviewer that four of the six install pathways copy skill directories whole. The design document states that three work today. The conformance suite exercises two, and it removes the manifest from the comparison before it asserts the trees match.
Disposition: state all three numbers where one is stated, because replacing one with another erases the planned architecture instead of correcting the false claim. Then compare manifests rather than excluding them, with per-pathway expected metadata. A manual copy cannot produce the engine manifest, and the expectation should say so.
