Start with the picotool otp get CRIT1.SECURE_DEBUG_DISABLE and picotool otp set CRIT1.SECURE_DEBUG_DISABLE 1 commands shown in the report, then trace how redundant OTP rows are handled when the majority value is zero. Reproduce the warning and failed write, and confirm that the resulting behavior correctly updates the redundant registers without weakening the security semantics.

I am unable to disable secure debug, as picotool refuses to write a 1 to the redundant registers. Any way to solve this?
