The README links to https://www.kickstarter.com/backing-and-hacking/rack-attack-protection-from-abusive-clients , which times out (... in the browser, while redirecting to kickstarter.engineering. They block wget outright, so they clearly don't want me to investigate further.)
There's an archived copy at
https://web.archive.org/web/20130504223023/https://www.kickstarter.com/backing-and-hacking/rack-attack-protection-from-abusive-clients , it would be nice to pull that into the repo.
