The work depends on the FX-1 fixtures in pskillen/meshflow-api#463, which should be merged before this starts. Read those fixtures and the existing CI workflow definitions to see how a job is wired, then add one job that runs the fixtures through the bot's transform and the API's ingest. Done means the job covers all four permutations and fails the build when either side breaks the contract. The issue does not define the four permutations, so confirm them with the maintainer first.
