The work spans three repos, so start with the ManagedNode model in meshflow-api and the linked dependencies pskillen/meshflow-bot#145 and #148, which must land first. Add fields for the feeder's LoRa region and modem preset, including the 2.8 values TINY_FAST, TINY_SLOW, MEDIUM_TURBO, the ITU regions and legacy UA_868. Done means the bot reports them, the API stores them, and the UI shows a label for every 2.8 enum value.

Summary
Cross-repo (bot + api + ui). Bot reports the feeder's LoRa region and preset; API stores them on ManagedNode; UI labels them. Include TINY_FAST, TINY_SLOW, MEDIUM_TURBO, ITU 70 cm / 1.25 m regions, and UA_868 as legacy. Useful for diagnosing cross-preset invisibility (e.g. new US nodes defaulting to LongTurbo).
