Видеовстречи можно реализовать через
- ВК звонки, открытый API тут: https://dev.vk.com/method/calls.start Пользователь должен быть залогинен через ВК в приложение твой ФФ и может в один запрос создать встречу от своего имени
- ЯТелемост не нашел API доки
- Zoom есть API, но для нормальных встреч требуется платная подписка
- Google Meet не нашел API доки
