I followed all steps, but when I proceed with the verification step I get an error, and I don't know how to resolve it.

Verification failed
We managed to fetch your site, but we couldn't find the corresponding incoming request in our logs. Please make sure that your middleware kicks in for bot requests and rewrites the request to our cloud service properly.

I have also sought help from the site, but haven't heard back yet.
