Start by locating the 3D view's “Zoom to fit” action and the mouse handlers for middle-button movement and left-drag rotation; the payload does not name specific files or tests. Reproduce the sequence in the issue and trace how the rotation center is determined after moving the rocket. Done when rotation uses the correct center after zoom-to-fit and movement, including after resetting the view.

Describe the bug
In Unstable branch, when resetting the zoom view, if you move the rocket utilizing middle mouse button and then attempt to rotate, it will rotate about the center regardless of the rocket's position, and continue to rotate against that point (relative to the rocket) going forward, until reset again.
To Reproduce
- Utilize "Zoom to fit" button in 3d view
- Move the rocket via middle mouse button
- Rotate the rocket via left click + drag.
