Descrizione
GitHub will migrate the ubuntu-latest label to Ubuntu 26 beginning October 19, 2026 (https://github.com/actions/runner-images/issues/14748). The postprocessor itself runs in a python:3.10-slim Docker image, so it is unaffected; what can change is the runner VM (Docker engine, preinstalled tools, workspace permissions) used by our workflow and composite-action steps.
Checklist (run each on ubuntu-26.04 before the migration):
