What happens

A tool event stores command or url in the activity label. GatewayService copies that label into the activity title. Command Center support text includes the title, then says command arguments are excluded.

The tray log line for the same event does go through TokenSanitizer.SanitizeLogMessage, which drops a URL query. The copied support text does not. A command, a path, or a ?token= in the title is therefore copied with the support bundle.

Where

Checked on 7967d509 by reading the code. Support text was not copied from a running app.

Suggested fix

Record only the tool name and phase in the activity title. Keep the "command arguments are excluded" line true.

Environment

Windows 11. OpenClaw Companion source on main at commit 7967d509886fc9efecbb19c8236350a82867f69c (2026-11-04). No packaged installer build was used.

Steps

  1. Receive a gateway tool event with a command or url argument.
  2. Open Command Center and copy the support text.
  3. Read the recent-activity line, then the line that says command arguments are excluded.

GatewayService.OnActivityChanged sets the activity title to sessionKey: activity.Label. CommandCenterTextHelper.BuildSupportContext copies item.Title. The tray log line is sanitized by TokenSanitizer.SanitizeLogMessage before it is written. The copied support text is not.

Repair

Put only the tool name and phase in the activity title used for support text. Add a regression that a command argument is absent from BuildSupportContext while the exclusion sentence remains. Stop there. The tray tooltip is #2007.
