Trace how sources are ingested and attached to shared pages; the issue does not name specific files or tests. Done means sources can be re-ingested and removed, removal deletes the source page and detaches it from shared pages, and tests cover both actions.

Users cannot redo or undo an ingestion.

- A source has Re-ingest and Remove actions.
- Remove deletes its source page and detaches it from shared pages (deleting pages that no longer have sources).
- Tests cover both.
