[Bug]: External storage "Restrict to" multi-select does not grow with selected entries, chips overlap the next field

Poi controlla le correzioni di overflow di NcSelect citate in @nextcloud/vue 9.10.0 / 9.11.0 e le issue correlate #60720 e #36697. Riproduci il problema aggiungendo diversi utenti/gruppi nella finestra di dialogo di modifica; la correzione è completata quando il campo si espande o scorre e i suoi chip non si sovrappongono più al campo successivo.

Bug description

In Administration settings → External storage, in the "Edit storage" dialog, the "Restrict to" multi-select does not expand vertically when several users/groups are selected. The selected entries (chips) overflow the field and are drawn on top of the next field (the "External storage" backend select).

Browser zoom does not change the behaviour.
Reproduced on two different rendering engines (Firefox/Gecko and Brave/Chromium), so it does not look browser-specific.
The font in use is Inter, as expected.

Steps to reproduce

Go to Administration settings → External storage
Edit an existing mount (SFTP backend in my case)
In "Restrict to", add several entries (1 group + 4 users here)
The last chips overflow the field and overlap the "External storage" select below

Expected behavior

The "Restrict to" field grows to fit its entries (or becomes scrollable) and does not overlap other fields of the dialog.
