Description
Add a new variable set option to the Equil state model setState() method which takes element densities as the first option, and the total energy density as the second option. Note that this is like option 0, but allows the user to set the elemental composition as well.
Example to use for testing
A new test could be added which compares using this option with setting the composition and using option 0, which should give the same result but is more expensive.
