It is now possible to create groups via Bicep Code. If these groups are then used for authorization in Azure, they can be managed by many administrators if they are not made role-assignable. Only by moving them to an RMAU can you prevent less privileged admins from becoming members of these groups which are used for RBAC.

I would like to be able to specify a target AU/RMAU when creating the group so that it is moved there. If this is made possible by a separate module/resource, you could later add more groups, and maybe even manage them.
