TR-023 should produce screencast frames fit timed out on the initial
attempt and all three retries in this
upstream Windows WebKit job
at 20a2087ea43412b90c172c88faef80786ee18b8b.
Test timeout of 30000ms exceeded.
Some attempt errors also mention page.evaluate or tracing.stop with
Target page, context or browser has been closed.
Test file: tests/library/tracing.spec.ts.
Environment: playwright-x64-server2025-64-core, WebKit, 16 upstream workers.
The fit variant passed first attempt at 6e2c003, eecb129, and the
Python pin; the exact-pin Windows runner and WebKit revision differ.
The Python sync and async ports both exhausted their attempts for the
[webkit-fit-500-500] variant in
C, Python 3.12.
Each final occurrence has four 30-second timeout diagnostics, then a
worker crash.
Expected: the fit-mode tracing test completes. Actual: repeated timeouts
leave the upstream job red.
Other TR-023 variants also time out upstream, but the Python evidence in
this report is specifically for fit mode. A common root cause is not proved.
