What happened

Created a user DB called 'Greetings'. Connected via VSCode mssql extension. Greetings DB doesn't show up in the object explorer. Queries to the DB work via USE Greetings though. No errors are shown.

Only the master DB system database is shown. I suppose that is by design given this is a SQL DB dev container, but we should call that out in the known limitations so that people know that is expected and why.

Steps to reproduce

Run container, connect via sqlcmd to create a DB.
Connect via MSSQL VSCode extension.

mssql extension version: 1.43.0
VSCode version: 1.127.0
