The inventory extraction reads Claude Code 2.1.318 with four lanes broken, so /harness-ops:changelog native drift has no reliable surface list on this build: plugin_backed, bundled_workflows, builtin_tools and builtin_plugins. Each broken lane's canary is absent, including Bash, Read, Edit, Write and WebFetch in builtin_tools.
