Descrizione

Summary

Add a way to explain a Stat's delta on hover / focus (lab Stat).

Why

Dashboard stats show a count and its change from the previous range ("↘ -918"). Users asked what the delta means, so webui shows a tooltip with both ranges and their counts. Stat has no slot for it, so webui (react/src/components/DashboardPanels/charts/TrendStat.tsx):

  • wraps the whole Stat in a Tooltip, forces tabIndex={0} and style={{ alignSelf: 'flex-start', width: 'fit-content' }} so the tooltip anchors near the number instead of the middle of a wide cell;
  • moves the sparkline out of media so its own point tooltip is not nested inside the stat's tooltip.

Proposal

  • A deltaTooltip?: ReactNode (or deltaDescription) prop on Stat that opens a tooltip anchored to the delta, reachable by keyboard, and leaves media outside it.

Expected

  • webui passes the explanation as a prop and drops the wrapper, the forced tabIndex / sizing and the media split.
