The issue names no file or test. Start by reproducing it in the admin UI: create a search with the Name like filter set to nzz, save it, and reopen it to confirm the saved results ignore the filter. Then find where saved searches store and reapply their filters, and check whether the Name like condition is dropped on save or on load. Done means a saved Name like search returns only the matching accounts, with a test or manual check covering it.

I have customers having nzz in their names, however, when I create and save the search with Name like nzz, the saved search shows all the accounts without any filter for nzz.
