change(mac): feedback on epic/mac-config

I tested 19.0.286-alpha-test-15328.

1. On my first try, the installer did not seem to install the new IM over the old one (it still showed 19.0.145-local).
2. No Configuration option in IM menu -- existing users will struggle to find the new app
3. On-Screen Keyboard item is on-only (and no check mark shown when OSK is visible)
4. After reboot, Keyman Configuration did not automatically appear, in order to proceed with install -- this will be jarring to users who will get lost at this point. Once in KM Config, the Installation window did not appear (on my second attempt to install); this all felt a little 'unguided'.
5. In the install dialog, the 'Proceed to continue with installation' message is weird. Need to change this to 'click Continue to complete installation'? (Or do we need the Continue button at all? Can we just proceed automatically?)
6. Help tab is slightly weird UX -- once keyboard help is opened, cannot change to other help. Seems like navigation is a bit broken
7. Help menu / Keyman Configuration Help -- goes nowhere
8. Help menu / Search box is weird
9. Style: names of keyboards feel a little large
10. How does one uninstall Keyman? One can move Keyman Configuration to trash but then the Keyman IM is still present -- a bit of a broken experience
11. Print/Save buttons for licence agreement in installer are different colour
12. Installer asks to access Documents folder; why?
13. I removed the accessibility and input monitoring permissions but they were not re-added when I opened Config

• when I removed all components and re-ran the installer, then KMConfig on first run after reboot popped the Installation box with a "Repairs Required" rather than a "Finish Installation" experience -- confusing (is this related to how I uninstalled Keyman?)
