Start in README.md, which has to link to the new translation. Pull request #16 is already open against this issue, so check its diff before writing anything to avoid duplicating it. The work is a translated copy such as README.es.md or README.pt.md that keeps commands and file names unchanged, plus a link from the top of the English README. Done means a native speaker has reviewed the translation and the link is in place.

What: a README.es.md or README.pt.md (or another language) that mirrors the English one, linked from the top of the README.
