Direzione di ricerca

Start by reading the repo run handling for --delegation none and the guidance parsing for skill frontmatter, then review docs/repo-evaluation-contract.md and issue #107. Reproduce with a skill declaring context: fork and check whether validation can detect it before execution. Done when the selected behavior prevents the cell from claiming delegation: none while a skill can run in a forked subagent.

Context

repo run --delegation none (#107) swaps the profile's tool arguments for ones that cannot start a subagent. It does not look at skills: a skill whose frontmatter says context: fork runs in a forked subagent, so a none cell can still delegate. The cell record says delegation: none, which then overstates what was measured.

Repro

  1. Put a skill with context: fork in the repo's guidance (e.g. .claude/skills/x/SKILL.md).
  2. Run dokimi repo run <repo> --delegation none --arm guidance:raw ... with a task that triggers the skill.
  3. result.json records execution.delegation: none; the trace shows the skill's work done in a subagent.

Options

  • Refuse: --delegation none fails before anything runs when the arm's skills include a context: fork one.
  • Strip: remove or rewrite context: fork from skills in the workspace for none cells, and record that in meta.json (changes the guidance under test).

The limit is documented in docs/repo-evaluation-contract.md meanwhile (#107).
