Currently there are no unit test or test automation in the ACAT code base. it's time for that to change!
Please investigate which unit test framework would best suite the current code base (with an eye on future modernization efforts) and propose a set of changes to the repository that would best fit our needs.
Bonus Points - Start writing some unit tests
Double Bonus Points - Add GitHub action CI/CD automation to run the unit tests automatically on Pull Requests and Commits.
