Descrizione

bug good first issue

Formatting.SignedPercent(0.04) returns "+0%" and SignedPercent(-0.04) returns "−0%". The sign comes from the raw value but the number is rounded, so a change too small to show still reads as a rise or a fall. It appears in alerts, ranking reasons, Market, Watchlist and History.

To do

  1. Add cases to tests/GilSweep.Tests/Core/FormattingTests.cs (create it if it doesn't exist yet): 0.04 and -0.04 give "0%"; 0, 9.96 and 10 keep giving "0%", "+10%" and "+10%".
  2. Take the sign from the rounded value. The minus sign is U+2212 (−), as elsewhere in the UI.

Done when those cases pass along with the rest of dotnet test --project tests/GilSweep.Tests.
