ci: build test fails randomly

Inizia dalla build di GitHub Actions che fallisce e dal percorso della cache del compilatore Hardhat mostrato nel log, quindi confronta la versione di Hardhat del repository con le issue upstream collegate. Esamina gli errori SDK segnalati in src/deployments/network/actions/bridge-to-l1.ts, src/deployments/network/deployment/contracts/load.ts e src/helpers/epoch.ts. Il lavoro è completato quando la build completa passa in modo affidabile in CI.

This is a known problem with hardhat:

• https://github.com/NomicFoundation/hardhat/issues/4490 (if this is the root cause, updating to latest hardhat could solve it)
• https://github.com/NomicFoundation/hardhat/issues/4491 (this is most likely the root cause)
