Trace the existing shortening entry point and authentication behavior; the fix is complete when a generated UTM URL can be shortened successfully after login instead of showing a blank page or doing nothing.

Describe the bug
I am unable to shorten a link when using campaign-url-builder.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to Campaign URL builder
- Input the necessary information (URL, source, medium, name)
- Scroll down to "Share the generated campaign URL" and click "Shorten Link"
- Nothing happens, or it opens a pop-up asking me to log in to my bitly account, but once I do so, it just goes to an orange blank page (see screenshot). If I close the popup and then go to click 'shorten link' nothing happens. Or, if within the popup, I expand it and navigate to campaign url builder and click shorten link, nothing happens. If I clear my cache, it just restarts the process from logging into bitly but has the same result.
Expected behavior
A generated shortened version of the UTM link.
