Direzione di ricerca

Read .github/skills/reactive-ui/SKILL.md and find the “Reactive state” list. Add a bullet describing untracked() as reading state without subscribing the running effect, so bookkeeping reads do not widen dependencies. Done when the skill documents this behavior; the issue says this is guidance only and requires no code changes.

The original pull request description is below.

The reactive-ui skill's "Reactive state" list omitted untracked, which dashboard/site/src/reactive.js exports and source-store.js, presenter.js and notification-service.js use. This adds one bullet describing it: it reads state without subscribing the running effect, so bookkeeping reads don't widen dependencies. No behavior changes; guidance only.

No eligible pure-declarative view-source migration was found. dashboard/site/src/data/queries/view-sources.js no longer exists, and I did not find other JavaScript-shaped view sources, so the fallback skill-sync task was used. Skill-only change; code validation suites were not run.
