Locate the useMic hook and the composer component in the repo, then check whether the hook is already implemented and only unwired, or needs the dictation flow built. The issue links to the old Ace repo's TODO.md section on porting, so use that for the intended behavior. Done looks like pressing dictation in the composer starts/stops speech capture via useMic and inserts the transcript into the composer input, with TypeScript building cleanly.
