Start with the terminal link handling and rendering path exercised by /feedback, then reproduce the issue in zsh on Linux through VS Code. Check both plain URLs and markdown links that are also paths, including the hover underline during rerendering. Done means each link opens reliably on the first click.

Describe the bug
When I try to click a link (plain URL in terminal) it is extremely hard to get it to open. If it shows the underline it only flashes for a moment but has no stable reaction to mouse hovering. I have to button mash my left mouse just to maybe open the link. Out of every 50 clicks maybe it opens the link. I would guess this is a rendering bug with the CLI rerendering and causing the link underline to disappear. This is guaranteed to happen on every link.
Links that are also paths (formatted as a markdown link) do not do anything at all.
