This is an external plugin submission for review, not a code change. The payload names the quality gate script eng/external-plugin-quality-gates.mjs, and the submitted repo's plugin.json, mcp.json and skills/bool/ are the artifacts to check. Bool is an AI app builder from CodeHS. The plugin is a root plugin.json (Agent Plugins v1.0.0), an mcp.json pointing at Bool's hosted Streamable HTTP MCP server (https://bool.com/api/mcp), and one skill, skills/bool/. There are no hooks or scripts, and it stores no keys: users sign in to their own Bool account through OAuth 2.1 (dynamic client registration, PKCE S256) the first time the server is used.

Before submitting, I ran this repo's eng/external-plugin-quality-gates.mjs locally against this ref and SHA with Copilot CLI 1.0.97: spec compliance, vally lint, install smoke test, version match and ref/sha consistency all passed.

The same repo is also Bool's package for ChatGPT/Codex, Cursor, Claude Code and Grok Build, and Bool is listed on the official MCP Registry as com.bool/bool.
