This is a decision/escalation skill first: distinguish real human evidence or physical action from digital work Copilot can complete, then delegate only the missing authorized step. It includes negative boundary cases, refusal and authority checks, asynchronous continuation, and handling of untrusted human results. Taskin MCP or REST is an optional execution path when a live handoff is authorized; the plugin installs no MCP server, hooks, executable scripts, or automatic paid actions. Human tasks may incur costs and require explicit authority; installation itself is free.

The root Copilot-compatible manifest explicitly selects the unchanged skill under skills/hire-human-for-a-task/, including its referenced documents and MIT attribution. The skill passes the Agent Skills reference validator and @microsoft/vally 0.16.0 (spec-compliance and valid-refs). The manifest uses GitHub’s documented legacy format with an explicit skills path so intake validates the named bundled skill rather than its temporary checkout directory.
