What happened?

Seems the session rename tool disappeared- I cannot see a way to manage the available tools to help the LLM.

"I also cannot satisfy the requested pre-edit branch rename because this session exposes no branch-renaming tool and raw branch renames are prohibited."

Steps to reproduce

No idea, this is a short distance into a session where I asked the LLM to do some analysis.

Expected behavior

No complains about missing tools or inability to rename branches
