Start in the /chat Files canvas and reproduce the issue by having the AI create a folder or file. Trace how the Folder tree refreshes after a message is sent, then make it update when the AI changes files without requiring another message. Done means newly created folders and files appear immediately in the tree.

Files canvas should update Folder tree when there are changes made by the AI without needing to send and stop a message to update the list.

Current behavior: AI creates folders and files that are completely hidden to me in the folder tree until I send a message to the AI. After sending a message, the Folder tree updates and immediately shows the new changes.
