Title Bar should match Dark Mode when set
What problem are you trying to solve?
When using Dark Mode theme, the title bar is still white. This sticks out and is almost glaring in contrast to the black background for everything else. The Title bar should also be updated to use a black background when Dark Mode themes are selected.
