==ISSUE==
When setting up an F5 virtual server, puppet doesn't query the destination_address nor source_address correctly when in a partition other than common.

For instance, creating a partition named "LB_Preview_App" and setting the source IP to 0.0.0.0 and the destination IP to 9.8.7.6 results in the following when running the 'puppet resource' command to see what is configured.

f5_virtualserver { '/LB_Preview_App/Preview_TEST':

Note the %3 that is appended to both "source" and "destination_address". Further testing shows that %# changes depending on which partition I put the virtual server in and disappears completely if I put it in the common partition. It also seems to correspond to the "Partition Default Route Domain" number set for the partition (see screenshot)

==WHY THIS IS A PROBLEM==
When setting just the IP address for either source or destination_address, puppet believes there is a change every puppet run (specifically, it sees that the IP address is set to "9.8.7.6%3" and tries to change it to "9.8.7.6". Adding the %# to the puppet config makes it no longer show up as a change, however then the virtual server doesn't work.

==STEPS TO RECREATE==

  1. Setup your F5 big IP with different partitions and route domains
  2. Create puppet code to put a virtual server in one of those partitions
  3. Run puppet multiple times, note the source and destination_addresses query with a %# attached instead of just the IP address.
