Determine what documentation is needed to explain when a safety anomaly is managed and how to close one without code changes. Resolve actions and deviations (what is not covered in other tickets):
- Action_19: The activities / arguments when a Safety Anomaly can be considered as managed are missing. It might be that the future Problem Resolution Process covers the requirements of a Safety Anomaly process - description generally is in https://eclipse-score.github.io/process_description/main/process_areas/safety_management/guidance/guideline_safety_management.html "Safety anomalies" and in detail in https://eclipse-score.github.io/process_description/main/process_areas/problem_resolution/guidance/problem_resolution_guideline.html#initiate-and-monitor-problem-resolution - this was discussed but not "closed", it has a recommendation: "A clear documentation for closing a safety anomaly without modifying the code shall be required" - need to discuss with @masc2023 if it should be discussed again in "Problem Mgt" or in "Safety Mgt" together with open items 2-5.4.3.3 and 2-5.4.3.4
