As a user I want to backup edits on issue
So that I can see the history of this issue

  • catch "edit issue" webhook event
  • Get content file from S3 by looking for the {issue_id}.json file
  • Get existing data from Postgres for the issue
  • Add new version for the issue in Postgres with the author field updated
  • Update content of the json file to add the new version and upload the new content on S3
