The issue names no files, tests, or existing entry points. Start by surveying the Rust repository for current canister interfaces and any CLI tooling, then determine how stable structures and iteration could be exposed. Done would require an agreed design for the CLI and canister endpoint, rather than only an implementation.

It'd be useful to have tools where developers can, for a canister they have access to, do the following:
- View the list of stable structures present.
- Choose any of these stable structures and iterate through them.
I'm imagining this as a CLI tool, and the canister can expose an endpoint for this CLI tool to poll.
