Add MCP inspection and a shared typed setter, with Editor protocol tests and updates to mcp.md, mcp-tools.md, and the snapshot. Done when axis and handle state can be read and set through MCP and the coverage inventory marks the capability supported.

Problem

The native Tool Settings keep a persistent Rotate axis selector and Scale handle selector (src/app/features/manipulation_tool.rs, around the axis and handle comboboxes). MCP can pass an axis or handle per begin_manipulation call, but inspect_scene does not report the selected axis or handle, and no tool sets it. AGENTS.md requires the relevant state of every user-facing capability to be available through MCP. Found in review of the #7 coverage audit (#215).

Expected behavior

inspect_scene reports the persistent Rotate axis and Scale handle selection, and a typed operation shared by the native selector and MCP sets it (following the set_tool_space pattern from #212, or extending it), with Editor protocol tests and mcp.md / mcp-tools.md / snapshot updates.

Acceptance criteria

  • Axis and handle selection readable over MCP from the authoritative Editor state.
  • One typed operation used by both the native selector and MCP, with the same guards as set_tool_space.
  • The coverage inventory row changes from missing to supported.
