Description
This plugins used to be fine adding a http://localhost/ url as a webhook, which isn't an insane practice when you want to notify a sidecar container or a process running on the same machine as craftCMS.
However, with the switch to https://github.com/craftcms/url-validator it now consider a localhost url invalid.

- Add a webhook pointing to http://localhost
