Start by reproducing the issue in Craft CMS 6.0.0-alpha.19 with the supplied custom field layout containing a CustomNativeField and a Tip. Inspect the layout builder behavior for long Tip text and compare it with the attached screenshot. Done when the Tip no longer pushes the field tab out of the layout.
