The issue names no documentation files or tests; first inspect the existing how-to guides and locate the CDN index file and driver archive filesystem structure. Document both structures in a how-to guide, with enough detail for readers to find and download drivers from the CDN.

People will want to grab copies of the drivers on our CDNs for various reasons but, right now, it may be easier for those people to just download drivers from our GitHub releases. This isn't really an issue but it's probably better for these people to get drivers from our CDN. We could document the CDN index file structure and the filesystem structure for driver archives in a how-to guide.
