enhancement good first issue hacktoberfest

packages/core/package.json, packages/server/package.json and packages/widget/package.json have repository but no homepage, bugs, keywords or engines. npm shows nothing useful on the package page, and nothing tells users the packages need Node 22.

What to do

  • Add to all three: "homepage": "https://chat.codercops.com", "bugs": "https://github.com/codercops/chatcops/issues", a short keywords list, and "engines": { "node": ">=22" }.
  • Add "sideEffects": false to core and server only. Not the widget: importing it starts the widget from the script tag and sets window.ChatCops (packages/widget/src/index.ts, lines 86 to 99), so bundlers must not drop it.

Acceptance criteria

  • All three packages have the four fields; core and server have sideEffects: false, the widget doesn't
  • pnpm -r build and pnpm test pass
  • Changesets for the three packages (patch)
