Start by reading the generator’s author and contributor handling and the tests for those fields; the issue does not name their files, so locate them in the repository first. Determine how author identifiers and affiliations are represented, then add ROR support consistently for authors and contributors. Done means organizations can be identified by ROR in both roles and the relevant tests cover those cases.

Descrizione
Requesting that RORs be added as a field/entry in the codemeta generator. This would need to be supported as an author identifier (for the case when organizations are authors) and as the author affiliation identifer. The same support should be added to the contributor field. This aids in connecting the relevant persistent identifiers of organizations to software for attribution, impact assessment, and so on.
