  • After two stable weeks on SES, remove the sendgrid add-on on codebar-production (currently sendgrid:essentials100k, $34.95/month)
  • Also remove the free sendgrid:starter add-on on codebar-staging
  • This is the actual saving: roughly $360/year

Keep SendGrid attached until this point — it is our rollback path.
