Descrizione

As a user, I want to see a "Verificare" column in the table so I can quickly check and update the status of form submissions. The column should display one of three statuses:

  • Neverificat (Form was not opened/ verified yet) — default for all new submissions
  • Valid (Form was verified and considered valid)
  • Nevalid (Form was verified and considered invalid or has errors - for example is a duplicate/ it has incorrect data etc.)

Users should be able to change the status directly from an action menu within the column.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Add a "Verificare" column to the table.
  • Default status for new submissions: Neverificat.
  • The table will have an action menu as in design. The action menu changes based on the current status of the submission.
    • If the status is Neverificat, the options should be Marchează ca valid and Marchează ca nevalid.
    • If the status is Valid, the options should be Marchează ca nevalid and Marchează ca neverificat.
    • If the status is Nevalid, the options should be Marchează ca valid and Marchează ca neverificat.
  • Add visual indicators in the column (colors) for each status for quick recognition (e.g., gray for Neverificat, green for Valid, red for Nevalid).
  • Optional: add icons for the action menu as in design.
  • Nice to have: to add tooltips messages for the action menu options. Texts to be defined @anastk-code4 @avasi-code4ro
